Andrea is not only educated in Graphic Design, but also holds a diploma in Interior Design through the Interior Design Institute of Vancouver. If you are renovating your home, office or air bnb rental, Andrea offers 3D renderings. These renderings will make it easy for you to visualize your dream space and include vertical elevations and reflected ceiling plans. These illustrations will visually display the colours and materials to be used in the finished design such as glass, wallpaper, back splash, and even furniture placement. When the design is complete you will receive a list of paint colors, hardware, cabinetry, bench tops, flooring, etc. which can directly be taken to your contractor of choice for pricing. THE PROCESS
Original Design
New Design 3D Rendering
We begin our renovation with an initial consultation and site evaluation where measurements are taken and your ideas for the space are heard. These ideas are then taken back to the office where a mood board is designed in order to ensure your vision and style are captured. Once this has been approved a 2D or 3D rendering can be designed in order to provide you with the confidence you need before purchasing materials. Material boards and sample boards are also available for your convenience that lists each material, the price, and the supplier. This can be purchased by either your contractor of choice.
